Join the fun as Senior Center members visit various locations, both near and far. Venues will vary from sports and education to entertainment and special interest. Transportation is provided and will depart from the Senior Center. Payment is non-refundable and is due at the time of registration.

John Wayne Museum & Fort Worth Stockyards

Start the day off with the famous stockyard cattle drive and then enter the John Wayne: An American Experience exhibit which is structured to give you an intimate tour of the life of John Wayne. Starting with his early childhood and career, each room highlights an aspect of The Duke’s legacy. For the film aficionados, an extensive gallery called “Life on Screen” highlights iconic film props and costumes. After the conclusion of the museum tour there will be time to enjoy lunch
on your own and explore the many stores and shops of the stockyards.

State Fair of Texas

Tour of Trees

Jolly Ol’ St. Nick is coming to town and setting up at Keller Town Center Conservatory. Shop local vendors, enjoy complimentary gourmet appetizers, cocktails, and hot chocolate. Take a stroll through the festive trees and if you see one you like, place a bid to win one.
