Mission Statement

Through compassion and the celebration of each individual's gift, Abilities IGNITED's mission is to provide comprehensive adaptive programming that encompasses life skills, relationship building, fitness, vocational training, and community integration to adults with special needs. In an environment that fosters growth and empowerment, we aim to cultivate a supportive community where these individuals can flourish, freely express themselves, explore their talents, build meaningful relationships, and work towards independence.  

Enrollment Process

Individuals interested in Abilities IGNITED programs must go through an intake interview before registering. The interview process will not only allow the Abilities IGNITED team to get to know the participant better, but it will ensure everyone understands the expectations, goals, and how to best support the individual's needs. To schedule an interview, please contact, Michelle Caro at 469.703.1987 or mcaroabilitiesignited@gmail.com. Once accepted, registration will go through Colleyville Parks and Recreation at www.colleyvilleparksandrec.com or 817.503.1180. The fee may vary depending on how many times a month the program meets. Payment plans are available. 

IGNITE Club Connect 

This inclusive program is carefully crafted to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of individuals with special needs, empowering them to achieve greater levels of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The curriculum will encompass life skills, social skills, relationship building, adaptive games, and fitness. No class Oct. 14 and Nov. 11. Click here to register.
